Testimonial

To Whom It May Concern:

My facility, TAKaya Golf Center in North Vancouver, British Columbia, had made the decision to install a 4000 square foot Artificial Turf Chipping Green, a 4000 square foot Artificial Turf Putting Green and an 18 Hole ‘Nature Themed’ Miniature Golf Course. After exploring my options I felt good about the decision to hire Precision Greens for all three projects.

These decisions were purely based on the balance of my revenues and expenses. The Putting Green and Chipping Green, although they create no revenue, will pay themselves off in 2 to 3 years given the cost of maintaining a natural grass surface. The Mini Golf we expect to pay for itself within that very same time frame. After doing some research I found that some facilities have paid off their Mini Golf Courses within the first year.

Precision Greens began when they said they would, their work ethic was outstanding and they finished the job in a reasonable timeframe. They were 2 weeks behind schedule due to unfavorable working conditions that made the site wet and difficult to work with. During the duration of their work here, they consistently went above and beyond the expectations that I had for the job. So many extras that were well thought out that I didn’t see a bill for; I could tell there was true passion for what they were doing.

The undulations on the Putting and Chipping Greens are nothing short of exceptional. They simulate what a golfer would find at most of the local golf courses in this area; very contoured but very fair. As for the Miniature Golf Course; given the limited land available, Precision Greens found ways to create more space through some machine work and through an intelligent design. The course is aesthetically beautiful, simulating the surrounding environment that we at TAKaya take so much pride in. The course is challenging yet fair and implements so much strategy as opposed to the “bang it off the rail” type mini golf courses that I’ve seen in the past.

My customers are thrilled, I am thrilled and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Greens for any job. Aside from there outstanding workmanship and products, they are nice people too, very grounded and humble and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right.

Sincerely,

Ernie L. George
